Description
The role monitors, controls, and operates electronic communications platforms, services, and information technology; resolves network events, faults, and incidents; processes messages from LVRTC facility access, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems; and manages service availability, continuity, and interruptions. It requires at least one year of professional experience, relevant higher education, Latvian C1 and English B2 language skills, and offers shift work, stable pay starting at EUR 10.00 per hour, health insurance after three months, and a workplace in Riga.
