The role involves managing work priorities through ticketing systems, troubleshooting networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues, supporting hardware racking and stacking, participating in hardware migration and configuration, and assisting with capacity management across multiple data center locations. The position requires physical work in data centers, including lifting, climbing, and working in elevated or noisy environments, along with regular travel. Candidates need at least two years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, one year of computer networking experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
