Description
AWS is hiring a Network Deploy Technician to support the stability and scalability of its data center networks. The role involves managing customer requests and projects through ticketing workflows, troubleshooting networking, routing, interconnectivity, patch panels, and cabling, supporting hardware racking and stacking, participating in network migrations and rollouts, and collaborating with internal customers, vendors, and network engineers. The position requires physical data center work, travel within and outside the regional work area, and a reliable personal vehicle and driver's license. It requires at least one year of computer networking and Linux experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and hardware troubleshooting experience; preferred qualifications include data center, cabling, customer-facing, and networking-troubleshooting experience. The role offers hourly pay of 30.91–54.18 USD depending on location, plus sign-on payments, restricted stock units, and comprehensive benefits.
