Description
AWS is hiring a Network Deploy Technician to support the stability and scalability of its data-center networks. The role handles rack intake and delivery, capacity management, networking troubleshooting, patch-panel and interconnectivity issues, power and cooling requirements, hardware racking and stacking, and the migration, configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded equipment. The technician works with internal customers, external vendors, network engineers, and project managers, requires physical work in data centers, and must travel within and outside the regional work area. The position requires at least two years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, one year of computer networking experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
