Description
Anthropic is hiring a Network Deployment and Maintenance Lead for its Data Center Operations organization to own network deployment and repair across a growing fleet of partner-operated data centers. The role covers planning, construction, cabling, optics, switching, turn-up, validation, acceptance, handover, break-fix, vendor RMA, spares, SLAs, and repair program governance, with 50%+ travel and on-site work during delivery and repair activities. Candidates need at least eight years of relevant data center or network deployment experience, hands-on networking expertise, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and the ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
