Amazon Web Services is hiring a Network Dev Engineer II in Seattle, Washington. The role designs, deploys, and scales networks across global datacenters; automates network deployment and planning; develops standards, documentation, metrics, and network topologies; and collaborates with software and internal customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field, one year of relevant experience, and one year of experience with major internet routing protocols, Linux or Unix, high-capacity optical systems, SQL/R/Python data analysis, automation scripting, process improvement, and highly available networks. The schedule is 40 hours per week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a base salary of $136,000 to $184,000 per year.
