Description
The Network Development Engineer will support Amazon Dedicated Cloud’s network operations by deploying, implementing, scaling, and optimizing IP networks and networking software tools. The role partners with infrastructure, systems, and software engineering teams, develops configuration standards and tools, and requires off-hours escalation support, travel to data centers and customer sites, and a TS/SCI security clearance. Candidates need an associate’s degree or above, at least four years of major internet routing protocol and Linux/Unix experience, and experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
