Amazon Leo is hiring a Network Development Engineer to lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of mission-critical enterprise networks supporting manufacturing facilities, research labs, launch sites, and mission operations centers worldwide. The role involves complex routing and interconnectivity troubleshooting, capacity planning, monitoring and alerting, automation, documentation, on-call support, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need at least four years of major internet routing protocol experience and four years of Linux/Unix experience; Python, Bash, Shell, or Perl automation scripting is preferred. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, or Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $136,000 to $184,000 annually.
