Description
AWS is hiring a Network Development Engineer for its Global Connectivity and Network Availability organization to deploy, scale, automate, and sustain network infrastructure across global data centers and network fabrics supporting Amazon Retail, Kindle, Payments, and other AWS services. The role involves developing repeatable deployment processes, network standards, routing and network-operations tooling, and collaborating with systems, software, and automation teams. It requires a bachelor's degree, IP networking and routing expertise, experience with BGP, OSPF, Cisco IOS, Junos, and Linux/Unix, and includes off-hours operations support and travel to data centers and customer offices.
