Amazon is hiring a Network Development Engineer I to design, implement, operate, troubleshoot, and automate small-to-midsize network components supporting large-scale infrastructure. The role involves routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and ISIS; Linux/Unix environments; network analysis and root-cause troubleshooting; automation tool development; and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates need extensive IP networking and routing experience, along with Linux/Unix experience; knowledge of network hardware and customer troubleshooting is preferred.
