AWS is hiring a Network Development Manager to lead a global network topology team within its Core Networking and Network Fabric Engineering teams. The role manages Network Development Engineers, sets strategic goals, drives operational excellence, network measurement, incident and change management, automation, recruiting, and team performance. It includes a 24x7 on-call rotation, collaboration with internal teams and customers, and occasional travel to data centers and network sites. Basic qualifications include experience managing teams of 8 or more, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, network operations experience, people-management experience, and experience in systems administration, network engineering, or software development engineering.
