Meta is seeking a Network Development Manager to support the commercial development and delivery of fiber network capacity across North America. The role manages telecommunications provider relationships, coordinates fiber route development and contract execution, tracks delivery milestones and SLAs, supports contract negotiations, and collaborates with engineering, planning, finance, legal, sourcing, and data center teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of relevant network development or telecommunications experience, provider relationship experience, fiber network knowledge, project prioritization and communication experience, and data analysis skills.
