Meta is hiring a Network Development Manager for its APAC network infrastructure group to lead investments in subsea cables, capacity, dark fiber, and network infrastructure development and construction. The role manages global supplier portfolios, negotiates commercial terms and contracts, oversees project execution, develops investment analyses and budgets, and coordinates with engineering, legal, finance, planning, accounting, and partner teams. It requires a BA/BSc or equivalent in a technical or business-related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with subsea cable, fiber infrastructure, and carrier market experience.
