Sika is hiring a Network Development Representative for screed and decorative concrete applicators to join its Concrete business teams on a permanent contract. Reporting to the Sales Manager and covering the Northwest region, the role focuses on prospecting and onboarding applicators, developing and retaining their portfolio, providing technical support, organizing training, managing certifications and approvals, supporting project launches, and monitoring regional performance. The position requires technical or commercial education, significant experience in screeds, BPE, or construction, strong prospecting and business development skills, and frequent travel within the territory.
