Description
Nascent is hiring a Network Engineer to own the low-latency network infrastructure connecting trading systems to exchanges, colocations, and internal platforms. The role involves designing L2/L3 topologies, managing colocation and exchange connectivity, configuring BGP and OSPF, maintaining PTP time synchronization, managing firewall policies, building Python automation, troubleshooting with packet capture tools, maintaining documentation, and owning end-to-end on-call incidents. The position requires a location within +/- 3 hours of Eastern Standard Time and offers remote-first work with frequent in-person sprints and retreats.
