Description
Apple is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to provide front-line support for its MPLS backbone, data center, edge, Internet, metro, and long-haul optical transport networks. The role handles tickets and break fixes, escalations, network automation playbooks, network upgrades, peering expansions, documentation, and mentoring of junior team members. It requires at least three years of network operations experience in a large-scale enterprise or service provider environment, along with knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, IGP protocols, and macOS, Linux, or UNIX systems.
