ai& is hiring a Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate lossless networking fabrics for GPU compute clusters supporting distributed AI training and inference. The role owns RoCE v2 and InfiniBand deployments, NCCL and NIC/DPU tuning, network architecture, observability, performance optimization, and collaboration with systems, storage, and ML infrastructure teams. Candidates should have deep experience with lossless AI networking, InfiniBand and RoCE v2, NCCL, collective communications, and high-performance NICs and DPUs.
