The Network Engineer will deliver operational support and maintenance services across customer networks, security, wireless, and connectivity environments within a multi-customer Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting. This role involves efficiently resolving incidents, service requests, and standard changes, ensuring service reliability, security, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service levels. The engineer will leverage various technologies like Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, WAN services, and enterprise networking platforms, contributing to automation, AI-assisted operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
