Description
The City of New York’s Information Technology Services is recruiting two IT Infrastructure Engineers to function as Network Engineers. The role designs, implements, administers, and supports secure LAN, WAN, and MAN infrastructure; manages firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and security controls; troubleshoots network and security issues; and supports cross-agency operations across DSS, HRA, and DHS. The position operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and requires a baccalaureate degree plus either four years of relevant experience or eight years of experience, with equivalent education or experience accepted.
