Description

Command|Link is hiring a 100% remote Managed Services Network Engineer to support ISP/MSP business customers with SD-WAN, Internet, LAN, VoIP, VPN, router, firewall, and other managed services. The role includes troubleshooting, configuration, customer onboarding, vendor coordination, issue resolution, customer relationship management, and mentoring other engineers. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant technical experience, SD-WAN expertise with Versa Networks, networking and firewall experience, and knowledge of routing protocols, NAT, QoS, and SOC 2 processes.

Hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, and VRRP
Practical knowledge of routers, firewalls, and NAT
Experience with COS/QoS and network design principles
Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes
Preferred Qualifications: CCNA and CCNP certification
