The Network Engineer will deliver network and security projects, troubleshoot and support customer environments, manage support queues and incidents, design routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security solutions, and contribute to documentation, automation, and operational improvements across Cisco technologies. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–5 years of network engineering or network support experience
Previous experience in an Australian MSP environment
Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting network solutions across customer environments
Preferred Qualifications: CCNP certification or equivalent
Cisco certifications such as DevNet Associate or other relevant certifications
Experience with network automation technologies including Python, Ansible, REST APIs, Terraform, or Git
Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted technical workflows
Experience with voice networking technologies
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts and automation-first operational models
