Description
Kyndryl is hiring a Network Support Specialist to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure computer networks in a complex, multi-vendor environment. The role includes planning and executing network changes, resolving outages, monitoring performance, supporting end customers, and collaborating with project managers and service engineers. Candidates need at least two years of networking experience, knowledge of troubleshooting, switching, and routing, CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge, network security and WAN experience, and working knowledge of ITIL; BGP, SDN, Cisco ACI, firewalls, F5, NSX, and Ansible experience are preferred.
