Description
Lambda is hiring a Network Engineer to build and scale its high-performance cloud network, deploy and configure data center networking hardware, maintain network availability through monitoring, failover, and redundancy, automate network operations, support customer network issues, and participate in day 2 operations and on-call rotation. The role requires 10+ years of IT and networking experience, including 6+ years designing and operating production data center networks, along with expertise in CLOS/Spine-and-Leaf fabrics, EVPN/VXLAN, BGP, Linux, Python, Ansible, and multiple network vendors. The position is based in San Francisco, San Jose, or Bellevue with four days per week in the office.
