Description
The role performs maintenance, sustainment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance of data and voice networks, including network analyzers, WAN test equipment, and network simulators. It handles first- and second-level problem determination, escalates issues, documents resolutions, interfaces with users and vendors, and follows detailed work instructions. The position requires an active TS.SCI clearance with FSP through MD, IAT Level II certification, two years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, an associate's degree in engineering technology or equivalent network engineering experience, and experience with network devices, WAN technologies, Taclanes/KG-175, and MPLS, BGP, and VPNs. The salary range is $70,983.00 to $75,807.00.
