Description
Netrio is hiring a Tier 3 Network Engineer to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network solutions for small- to mid-market enterprise clients. The role covers Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco/Meraki technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, switching, wireless networks, capacity planning, architecture, and performance optimization. The engineer will escalate complex issues, collaborate with technical teams and C-level stakeholders, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor junior engineers. The position requires at least five years of network engineering experience, preferably in an MSP or service provider environment, along with strong knowledge of networking protocols, secure network solutions, and cloud networking.
