Description
The Network Operations Technician performs maintenance and sustainment of existing networks, monitors data and voice systems, troubleshoots and escalates issues, executes scheduled maintenance, activates network lines, and interfaces with users and vendors. The role requires a TS/SCI FSP clearance, an associate's degree in engineering technology or equivalent network engineering experience, two years of similar program and contract experience, relevant network and WAN experience, an IAT II baseline certification, and desired CompTIA or Cisco certifications.
