Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; alternatively, 1+ year of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree in a non-technical field, or 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Previous Experiences: 3–5 years of hands-on enterprise network operations experience
Experience operating and troubleshooting enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure
Experience with Cisco routing and switching platforms
Preferred Qualifications: Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
Experience in a global follow-the-sun operations model
Familiarity with network automation tools and Python scripting
ITIL Foundation or experience with ITIL-based service management
