Description
The role is responsible for configuring and operating routers, switches, firewalls, MPLS/IP backbones, data-center networks, and authentication systems; troubleshooting network issues; executing changes; documenting solutions; contributing to network projects; developing automation; supporting service partners; monitoring capacity; and participating in on-call duty. The profile requires a completed degree or equivalent training, several years of IT and communications experience, TCP/IP and MPLS/IP or network-security knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, English proficiency, and MS Office proficiency.
