Description
Meta is hiring a Network Engineer for its Site Services Foundation team to support the design, deployment, and operational readiness of enterprise network infrastructure across global data center and campus environments. The role focuses on improving pre-deployment tooling and workflows for backbone, edge, and optical networks; automating design, engineering packages, and bill-of-materials activities; troubleshooting systems and tooling issues; collaborating with cross-functional teams; and mentoring new team members. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience, at least 10 years of large-scale network automation experience, and expertise in REST APIs, network devices, optical and Layer 2/3 technologies, Python, and globally distributed teamwork.
