Description
The Network Engineer – L2 supports, manages, and optimizes enterprise LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure. The role handles routing and switching troubleshooting, escalated network and firewall incidents, cloud connectivity, NAC operations, Wi-Fi infrastructure, network changes, monitoring, documentation, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives involving Cisco Nexus and ACI. It requires hands-on LAN/WAN/SD-WAN experience, routing and switching expertise, NAC knowledge, Wi-Fi familiarity, packet-analysis and firewall understanding, and ITIL process experience.
