Description
Apple is seeking a Network Engineer to design, deploy, monitor, and optimize secure, resilient, and scalable routing, switching, wireless, and WAN infrastructure for its global retail network. The role owns store connectivity, troubleshoots complex incidents, identifies operational risks, builds automation workflows, partners with network and vendor teams, executes governed network changes, maintains documentation and monitoring, and provides tier-3 escalation and on-call support. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of enterprise or service-provider network infrastructure experience, core networking knowledge, hands-on experience with major routing, switching, and security platforms, scripting and automation skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
