The Network Engineer - SME serves as the principal authority for network architecture, zero-trust design, cross-enclave interoperability, and secure communications across complex, mission-critical environments. The role leads network modernization, security architecture, performance optimization, infrastructure planning, and implementation while partnering with security, architecture, and operations teams. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience, and extensive expertise in enterprise networking, zero-trust architectures, cloud and hybrid environments, security controls, and related technologies.
