Description
The Network Engineer provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support for users, IT business partners, and the Client Services team in KnitWell Group’s corporate environment. The role troubleshoots wireless, wired, and local connectivity issues; supports routers, switches, wireless access points, cabling, VLANs, and other campus network components; applies routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP; participates in network projects; maintains documentation; and manages support tickets. It is a full-time, onsite position in the Times Square Tower office in New York City, requiring at least three years of relevant enterprise network support or engineering experience, and offers a target salary of $80,000 to $90,000.
