Tower Pros is hiring a Wireless Network Engineer to build, operate, and maintain high-speed wireless and wireline networks for high-frequency trading. The role combines RF and wireless-path engineering, network operations, monitoring and observability tooling, device and protocol integrations, incident response, change management, site development, and regulatory coordination. It requires a relevant engineering or computer science degree or equivalent practical experience, strong Python, Linux, networking, SNMP, and RF skills, and availability for follow-the-sun on-call coverage and domestic and international travel. The annual base salary is $175,000–$215,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
