Network Engineering Manager at Jack Henry

The Network Governance & Monitoring Manager leads network-specific governance, vulnerability management, compliance, documentation, monitoring, and continuous-improvement activities for Jack Henry’s Enterprise Network organization. The role oversees the 24x7 Network Operations Center, manages third-party monitoring providers, coordinates audit readiness and vulnerability remediation, maintains operational controls and documentation, develops KPIs and risk reports, and leads internal and partner teams. It may be worked remotely within the United States except California, requires at least five years of relevant operations experience and three years leading people or technical operations, and is ineligible for immigration sponsorship.
