Webbing is hiring for a network engineering operations role responsible for maintaining global network stability and reliability. The position handles customer incidents and tickets, collaborates with engineering teams and external vendors, performs root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, documents troubleshooting resolutions, supports network changes and projects, and monitors network performance in a 24/7 operational environment. It requires telecommunications networking expertise across IP networking, packet core, VoLTE/IMS, and protocols including TCP/IP, GTP, SIP, DIAMETER, MAP, and SMPP, along with tracing tools, Wireshark, and preferably Linux/Unix diagnostics.
