Description
The Star Fleet Analyst manages reusable team-driver capacity across assigned territories and priority corridors, planning reloads, round trips, multi-leg routes, trailer allocations, and capacity utilization to maximize freight profitability and service execution. The role analyzes financial and operational performance, supports fleet managers and service providers, monitors pickups and deliveries, and maintains market playbooks. It requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience, strong logistical and Excel skills, and knowledge of trucking regulations; customer service and transportation experience are preferred.
