The Network Implementation Engineer will execute the deployment, maintenance, and operations of private data networks worldwide, collaborating with Google’s technical teams and telecommunications vendors. The role covers network monitoring, issue repair, documentation, design and plan maintenance, and cost optimization, with responsibilities spanning architecture, installation, configuration, activation, and commissioning. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in network or telecom engineering or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of experience in DWDM, TCP/IP, or system design operations, and experience working with field technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environment.
