Description
The Program Manager II independently manages complex FF37 network deployment portfolios across Engineering and Construction, overseeing forecasting, schedule readiness, MECD performance, risk and dependency resolution, vendor and leadership reviews, escalations, reporting, compliance, and recovery execution. The role also mentors Project Coordinators and Program Manager I team members and requires at least five years of relevant project, program, engineering, construction, telecommunications, or operational experience, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. The anticipated base salary range is $70,000-$116,000, with health, life, and voluntary lifestyle benefits.
