Description
The Network Infrastructure Engineer designs, implements, and operates customer LAN, WAN, firewall, wireless, VPN, and cloud network environments for BMIT’s managed services portfolio. The role handles onboarding and daily administration, infrastructure deployment and maintenance, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, customer communication, documentation, and hybrid cloud networking. It requires experience with enterprise networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security, along with SLA, change-control, and documentation skills; onsite customer visits and on-call participation are also required.
