Description
The Network Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, manage, secure, and optimize enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data centre networks in Chennai. The role involves configuring routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, routing protocols, IP addressing, monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, documentation, and collaboration with infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams. It requires 5–6 years of network engineering or infrastructure operations experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and knowledge of networking fundamentals, enterprise security, cloud networking, and network management tools; the work is onsite and on-call with rotational 24/7 support.
