Description
The Network Infrastructure Engineer provides functional analysis and recommendations for planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. The role configures and maintains Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, data center equipment, security appliances, Palo Alto firewalls, VPN tunnels, and Cisco VoIP solutions; leads complex routing and switching environments; supports multi-site operations; troubleshoots hardware and software issues; and contributes to network security, documentation, project delivery, and long-range planning. The position requires approximately six years of network equipment support and maintenance experience, a Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification, and expertise in TCP/IP, Cisco networking, wireless, SD-WAN, security, and voice signaling technologies. The role offers an annual base salary of $120,000–$145,000, a 20% bonus target, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
