Description
The role is responsible for maintaining stable and high-quality network infrastructure, managing IT service providers against KPIs and SLAs, collaborating on network projects and new solutions, planning and managing infrastructure costs, supporting root-cause analysis and incident resolution, and managing high administrative access rights. The profile requires a master’s or diploma degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field, several years of IT or information systems experience, network-infrastructure or IT-project-management experience, knowledge of network access control and related technologies, and fluent German and English.
