Description
First Solar is hiring a network infrastructure support professional for its Dong Nam manufacturing operation. The role supports, monitors, troubleshoots, maintains, and implements global and local Cisco-based network infrastructure and related IT services, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, wireless, VoIP, WAN/LAN services, network monitoring, security systems, and Microsoft network applications. It also covers ITIL change management, documentation, project participation, service performance and capacity monitoring, security investigations, plant maintenance support, and 24/7 on-call duty. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
