AWS is hiring a Network Install Technician to move and install enterprise equipment, install fiber and copper cabling, patch equipment, perform hardware installation and break-fix work, and support data-center operations. The role requires travel between data-center locations, physical work including lifting up to 40 pounds and working in cramped or elevated environments, and availability for after-hours support. Candidates need at least 18 months of experience in data-center or critical-environment technical roles and 18 months of experience with network cabling, optical types, and test equipment. The position is based in Hermiston, Oregon, with a base salary of $30.00–$54.00 USD per hour.
