AWS is hiring a Network Install Technician to support data centers in various operational stages. The role involves moving and installing enterprise equipment, installing fiber and copper cabling, patching, hardware installation, troubleshooting, break-fix activities, and maintaining safety and security standards. Candidates need at least 18 months of experience in data center or critical-environment technical roles, including computer hardware troubleshooting and network cabling with optical test equipment. The position requires travel to active data center sites, may involve training at alternative locations, and includes physical work in elevated, cramped, and noisy environments. The base salary is 30.91–54.18 USD per hour in Wink, Texas, with relocation assistance for eligible candidates and no visa sponsorship.
