Description
The Network Maintenance Supervisor leads field teams and oversees the efficient execution of service orders in FTTH and backbone network environments. The role manages operational backlogs, SLAs, MTTR, failures, technical solutions, projects, internal process integration, customer and partner negotiations, and team logistics. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, telecommunications infrastructure knowledge, FTTH and backbone experience, optical network design skills, and prior operational team management experience. The position offers a salary of R$ 3,100.00 plus a 40% position-of-trust allowance, Monday-to-Friday hours, and medical and dental coverage among other benefits.
