Description
The role is responsible for building, evaluating, operating, and supporting a vendor-independent network management system; assessing rollout, migration, troubleshooting, security, and customization processes; migrating existing solutions such as Cisco EPNM, DNA Center, or Cisco Prime; integrating into operational processes; handling tickets, managing the CMDB, conducting health checks, documentation, and technical workshops; evaluating vendor roadmaps and architectures; and developing migration concepts and operational documentation. The profile requires vocational IT or telecommunications training, several years of network-management or IT-infrastructure experience, strong network-management and troubleshooting knowledge, project and migration experience, remote-access and documentation skills, willingness to work on-call and travel, German language proficiency, and a Class B driver’s license.
