ICF is hiring a cleared Network Modeling and Simulation Researcher specializing in High Performance Computing to work on-site in Aberdeen, Maryland. The role researches tactical and future high-speed network modeling and simulation methods using EMANE or NS3, develops AI/ML capabilities, incorporates physical-layer effects, and supports customer-facing demonstrations. Candidates need a relevant engineering or science degree, six years of research or technical experience, three years directly related to the project, at least two years with EMANE or NS3, and two years with Kubernetes and Docker. U.S. citizenship, an active U.S. government security clearance, and DoD 8140 IAT I Level certification are required. The full-time pay range is $55,665 to $94,631.
