Description
OSC EdgeTech is hiring a full-time Network Operations Analyst to monitor and support critical IT infrastructure, respond to service degradations and outages, investigate root causes, coordinate recovery, and maintain monitoring tools and documentation. The role operates on a night shift from Monday through Thursday, 7:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. EST, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrated systems and troubleshooting experience, United States citizenship, the ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Preferred qualifications include two or more years of Network Operations experience, CCNP and Security+ certifications, and an active secret security clearance or higher.
